About Me

Hi, I am currently a PhD candidate working on my thesis regarding Genus Gobiodon and their relationship with their host corals Genus Acropora and the structural complexity of the coral.
I have a keen interest in ichthyology, coral biology, social behaviours, habitat choice and primarily coral reefs.

My love of marine science started young, when I used to put goggles on as a kid and stick my head in rockpools.
After finishing high school I completed a Bachelor of Marine Science (Honours) (Dean's Scholar) with a First Class Honours at the University of Wollongong.
I am currently completing my PhD Candidature at UOW working on the genus Gobiodon doing a wide range of research from taxonomy, sociality and habitat complexity.
